Anyone tried them?
I heard somewhere about their BCH price being pretty comparatively low so I thought I'd see about getting myself some BCH.  So I pushed a small amount of BTC to them (0.066 or so) and tried to transact but found that they don't actually allow you to purchase BCH on any of their pairs.

So long story short, I tried to withdraw my BTC and got this:

Naturally I sent them a support request:

This was their response:

And THAT, people, is why the world wants crypto regulated.

That's an exchanger from japanese right if i am not wrong ?
So far nothing wrong happened with them, and my friend sometimes using it as a place to withdraw their money into fiat.
they takes a time to do this around 2 weeks, but they never missed and always on time.
I don't understand your problem, you're trying to withdraw your money 0.066BTC and your balance 0.066BTC right ?
how about the fee ? or try to lower it into 0.02BTC ? have you tried this ?

I don't know this exchange but from any exchange when you ask for withdrawal you cannot withdraw your full net amount as every exchange uses a fee when processing withdrawals, some like Yobit use crazy fees of 0.0015 bitcoin for one withdrawal. I think you should try to withdraw 0.05 bitcoin because I don't think the fee will be as big as the difference remaining on your account. Problems always happen with exchanges, bigger ones solve your problems quickly you just have to be patient and be in touch with the support.

Firstly you have to realise that whenever there is a seemingly good arbitrage opportunity it is probably because of something being wrong within the exchange that is causing this imbalance between sellers and buyers. Otherwise if its legit other people before you would have already taken advantage of this. So don't do arbitrage if you are not 100% sure, and experienced.

Secondly, try withdrawing 0.06 BTC only. See what happens. As swogerino says it may be the fact that the exchange adds on withdrawal fees instead of taking it away from the withdrawal total.

But their response was indeed pretty BS. It wasn't even related to anything you asked i think.

OK, so this has been resolved.  The issue is that I did not have .06629 balance - the amount showing as my balance has been rounded up.  If you hover the mouse over the amount, you will see the full amount - in my case it was .06628xxx.
Seriously...

Anyway, I had to do that.  And to others, no, there are no fees - I can withdraw all.  See 'Our fee' in the image.  it's 0.
