connecting a spv wallet to my full node

Well, It really depends on the wallet you are using. If you are using Electrum then you have the ability to choose which server you are going to connect to, you can create your own server and node and simply connect to them. Multibit HD is no longer supported and It doesn't have that option I believe. Mycelium doesn't have that SPV feature too but It's coming according to Rassah (ex-staff) so we will be able to connect to our own nodes instead of connecting to Mycelium servers.

Ok cool so I have to set up an electrum server if I want to connect my phone to my own full node.
hopefully they will release electrum wallet for  iOS soon!
