I think it will not be very useful and I don't know if anything like this is even possible but as programming is already surprising me every time it makes an impossible stuff possible. anyway, I think we should change mobile numbers into something better because they need really some improvement they are still like the old age systems.and also we should work on making everything inside virtual reality. man, that will be awesome.

Good thinking mate really good idea but like we did with pagers.. We just need someone who will work on it or maybe they are already working on it.
And as for VR well that is still far away for many people (something like matrix) or maybe it isnt?

I don't think that it will be necessary to connect a wallet for your bitcoin with a phone number.
From a technical point of view I think that is even impossible.
What I can imagine, and what is already in place at many exchanges, is that you have to ID yourself when you want to exchange bitcoin into fiat.
And that includes a phone number.
 

Well that would be more of an app which is connected with online wallet something like that  (and yes of course it needs security) lets call it virtual bank, that was my idea anyway..

And how we should change mobile numbers?
They are proven to work for a century, they are easy to use there have been no problem with the system , implementation and cost are as cheap as they can get, why thinkin we need something new?
Adding letters to it would mean insane cost, change of terminals worldwide it's just isn't feasible.
No point trying to invent something better than the wheel.

Indeed, now bitcoins are already using cell phone numbers to transact, cell phone numbers are also very helpful in securing the bitcoin you have from the hands of bad guys and even hackers. Because if anyone suspicious you can get news from your cell phone number.

I think that you are just paranoid, and if that is really true then go higher security or buy better phone , it sad to hear that anyway. And as for mobile companies well they cant do that without goverments permission as far as i know.. And yes stay alive. (little hint turn off gps locations on google playstore and location phone in settings and yes almost forgot dont use social apps since they have locations on it if you are using android turn on developer options and turn on fake locations , now you are ghost )

Considering the first update to the Bitcoin core came very recently after such a long time of debate and questions, I can't see Bitcoin core integrating mobile phone numbers to their system. You're asking for a gateway to pay using your mobile phone number which will have its own set of security vulnerabilities.
But you can expect external wallet softwares like blockchain (you can connect your phone number to your wallet already) which might be able to implement this system but even that will take a long time.

I think there would be some benefit from running full nodes. In fact, I think there should be some benefit from doing so right now. A percentage of the fees from transactions or something... they will surely find a way in addition to the fees that are put in place already.

Connecting bitcoin in our mobile number could be possible but I don't its necessary since we can use bitcoin with out mobile phones and I think that is already enough.

Rather than directly using it with mobile Phones, I think hardware wallet are joining to rise in value and become the main method of using bitcoin in physical transactions, Mainly because of security concerns, Considering how fragile mobile phones are in that aspect.

The magnificent thing about BTC Tx's even in physical payments is the ease of use, for example, using Bitpay, You can generate a QR code with the address and amount, so a payment can be as simple as a scan and a confirmation (with any device, mobiles being the easiest).

   I think it will soon enough. Modern day technological innovations use mobile number in connection to the sites and different internet-needed software. It is good to have a mobile connected to this because not everyone has their internet connection most of the time. By this, one can reach their bitcoins on the palm of their hands via phone. Its very possible to have this happen but this is not the purpose of using bitcoin, maybe we could see this happen in the future when more people get to know of the blockchain technology and just then can we see this kind of tech roll out to link a person's number to the blockchain.

Yes. Already have such systems. We think that Africa is a backward region, but in some African countries, the majority of the population already use mobile phones as a wallet. Bitcoin is already lagging behind in this respect and may lose its attractiveness if the situation does not change.

That may be possible and can be used for contact less and digital payment. However, it may carry some significant risks where the bitcoin is still not legal. If a country legalize bitcoin, then it won't be a problem. But if bitcoin is not legal in a particular country and a person whats to use bitcoin with his/her mobile number, he/she may face a regulatory trial.

Otherwise, it is a good idea to make and receive payment. It will be easier and also less time consuming. It will increase the convenience of using bitcoin to a higher standard.

That's good thing to know. That would be interesting to see if something like that emerges or not. But a mobile number implementation means verification of your documents to confirm that number belongs to you. On top of that, you will loose very important feature of bitcoin that is, anonymity of transaction. As you will be verifying yourself you are no longer anonymous. So theoretically it is possible but practical use seems to be dangerous to me.

I think that this might very well be possible in the future.
A connection between a bitcoin address and a mobile number.
Not for all addresses, of course.
But I can imagine that some companies want payments from veryfied wallets for security reasons.
To them it's important to know who they are making business with.
