I have done the task and earn 6,930 TOKENS . Recent days , I received a email INSTRUCTIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL RYZ TOKENS .

So , could anyone help me made clearly for this .

https://lk.anryze.com/dashboard Pre-sale for Anryze ( investment), When you invest, the token will be transferred to your Waves wallet.
Only Social media campaign will pay to your in https://lk.anryze.com/dashboard
I think you should check again your Waves wallet. May be you seeing your Token.
Other programs program  will be pay to your Waves address

To receive RYZ tokens, please follow 4 steps:

3. Input your Waves address into “address“ field in the dashboard.

4. Confirm the address with the link sent to your email.

After RYZ token’s verification you can trade it on DEX exchange.

Your comment makes me a bit unclear.
You said only Social media campaign is paid via https://lk.anryze.com/dashboard. But above you say https://lk.anryze.com/dashboard only for Investor. I'm not an investor but I'm a social media campaign. So what should I do to get the Anryze Token?

From my side, I only see the Anryze Token displaying balance in my http://bounty.anryze.com/dashboard.

Social media campaign will pay to your in http://bounty.anryze.com/dashboard and http://bounty.anryze.com/dashboard will be pay to your Waves address.
