What is that bubble chart called?

I just want to know because if they haven't already mopved them coins back.
that is probably the best indicator of when Mt. Gox will be getting back up from being knocked out completely senseless.

The large mass of coins mt gox has is kept offline. They only moved them to be extra safe. They have no need to "move them back".
