The Wireline App Exchange is raising $100 million to invest in open-source developers that are building the next generation of cloud computing.

$100 million for building cloud computing, i think that's reasonable because IT  hardware is expensive, and also need high cost of maintenance, and also the software it takes some times and need good human resource to develop it

this part is interesting

WHOEVER IS ABLE TO CREATE THIS ECOSYSTEM WILL OWN THE FUTURE OF COMPUTING.

wireline have good idea, the Wireline Developer Fund will be the largest open-source developer fund in the world
