I have one question and one suggestion.
The question requires me to use myself as an example. I answered a question about an hour ago, but it just turned midnight (EDT). In the future, does that count as a new day, or should I have waited until morning to post the second response? And, if I should have waited until morning, can I answer another question in the morning (or at any time during the day) even though I answered that?
The suggestion is to make the site aware of adblock users. I use adblock plus, so I might not see the ads (even if they're just not working now, when they are back up I might not see them). Either add a text link that triggers the advertisement, or add a blurb on the front page asking people to make this site an exception for adblock plus. There is also a way to detect adblock users and ban them, but I personally wouldn't like that since I will click the ads.

Im going to start putting the questions out at a certain time (est) when i ask the next question it would be the same time everytime also i will try to get text links

how much is a "question of the week" worth?

when do you payout?

when can payouts be transfered to the user's wallet?

are there any transaction fees or minimum amounts for each transaction?

I highly recommend to add the answers to these questions to your faq

good luck!
