Why is Wattman not restoring OC settings after reboot?

Since I can't use Afterburner with my AMD cards and I can't set vddc from Claymore's command line I'm forced to use Wattman but after rebooting settings go back to default.

Why do you say you can't use Afterburner with AMD cards?

Works FINE with mine, where I have AMD cards on Windows systems - and INFINITELY better than that joke called Wattman.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!
