when we are talking about most successful are the one who stand the test of time not the one who successfully scam the big money of the ICO investors because most of the ICO listings have a bad reputation to their investors some are do re-branding for me this is my list as most successful ICO with long term vision ETH , STORJ and WAVES.

In my opinion the succesfull ico will not based on the result of the fund raiser. I think the best reason to consider about the result of the development of ico itself. You can see a lot of succesfull ico such as iconomi, omisego and decent. that gives a lot of return for the investors.

It depends on your measure of success, price or user adoption? I don't remember now but there are few websites showing project's ico prices and current prices, you can get a idea from them

I remembered IMMLA (International Multi Modal Logistics App) made a successful pre-ICO.
