you can still trade bitcoin with that amount because i think $100 is not too low as you basic capital amount of money to starting trading but if you want to find another coin then just visiting coinmarketcap and pick the top 10 cryptocurrency which is had huge volume support such as ETH and Monero or you might be interested to buy bitcoin cash but the price looks unstable lately

It would be better for you to do more research based on your own judgement, if you are looking to invest into ICO tokens, you can read the project whitepaper released and make your own decision if the ICO is worth investing, if you are looking to go into trading altcoins, the budget of $100 is not big enough to generate a lot of profits after the trading fees deducted.

Right now I invested in SiaCoin just like you I invested $100 and I believe that will pump up soon or early 2018 I will just hold it until it make a profit.

Even with 10 dollars, I still can earning money with crypto market, but the profit will be very small and not enough for pay the fees withdraw Bitcoin hehe.

While it's good to ask advice (and you certainly should) the real question for you is... Is $100 a lot of money to you or is it your entertainment fund?

If it's a lot of money to you, buy BTC or ETH or any other high dollar coin that you've researched and is likely to appreciate (but unlikely to skyrocket in four months or whatnot).
