I've had 18 confirmations on my transfer:

https://blockchain.info/address/18AA4H7Vm84NwqhxSE6HBpY6663b7uycoG

But bitmit shows it as unconfirmed and I can't find any support info on their site.

Any suggestions anyone?

Ok, now it looks like funds have been taken from that address.

Still no confimration on bitmit's site.

I've used this customer services page to contact them:

https://www.bitmit.net/en/info/contact

Wondering if something dodgy may be going on...

I have used Bitmit several times and they are okay. It is either a bug or you sent it to the wrong address, Or maybe you just got phished!

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

Yeah, that's what I'm wondering.

So far as I can tell the following is true:

1. The site seems to be the official bitmit site (bitmit.net)
2. I made payment to the same address listed on the site.
3. The blockchain lists the correct payment amount as having been transferred with 67 confirmations.

The hypotheses I can think of that fit are:

1. I've somehow got the wrong site or a phishing site.
2. Bitmit's view of the blockchain is not up to date.
3. Bitmit has an internal bug.
4. Bitmit is somehow compromised and is not showing the real payment address.

Probably a bug, just contact bitmit and wait.

Hello number 42!

I have a response from bitmit now confirming that it is a bug. Contacting their support was not easy.

Hello Number 2!

Glad to hear it - would have been a bit rubbish if you had been scammed somehow!

I really despise websites what make contacting the organisation/company/etc. difficult. "Contact us" should ALWAYS be on the front page of ANY website.

Be seeing you.
