On graph you see how ETH block chain grow over time. https://etherscan.io/chart/chaindatasizeNumber of new tokens issued on ETH is not slowing down, so my question is how big blockchain will get at end of year.

It's very hard to calculate, as we don't know how many tokens will issued on ETH. So big a chain will be a problem for personal computers.

Yeah I agree with europesss that is hard to calculate the actual but i'm sure even there are many new projects using ETH platform, it will still be Under 400GB.

500G+. They are more popular now. Someone even predicts that ETH at $800 plus, BTC around $5000 by the end of 2017, in terms of price.

500 gigabits That is if it increases as it is so far, but there was sort of an ETH boom in last four months. So I am sure many projects that never thought of, now plan to start on ETH platform. So it might increase way faster maybe even exponential.

the point for eth is that not average Joe can use them, only the scam devs would. Imagine in 10 years or 50years, it is useless only scam people can afford to have it wallet.

Stealthcoin, Ark and Safemoon my life 3 investment failures while bashing Ethereum at 0.20cent. Bye bye

Ethereum overtook Bitcoin in terms of blockchain size in around February 2017, according to the stats, when both were around 130 GB.
Not just that, according to some comments on twitter the problem of ‘Blockchain bloat’ would be “compounded” by the fact that the free-for-all nature on Ethereum-linked wallets meant that many users had a considerable number of them.
A wide range of altcoins are based on the Ethereum blockchain, many of which continue trading activity with the completion of various ICOs.
Continued upward trajectory could see the biggest altcoin’s blockchain hit one terabyte before 2018, making syncing very difficult to carry out.

I think that ETH would probably grow up too 500gb by the end of the year, but we can never be sure. Base on the graph and people who trust ETH and the projects under it, I think it's possible that they will reach the 500gb mark by the end of 2017.

I think 1 terabyte before 2018 is really hard to achieve. But I am also sure that ETH not having 1 terabyte blockchain before the end of 2018 is also impossible. Year 2018 will be crucial for ETH. Many ICOS will expect that ETH problems solve, but will just getting bigger.

Not that much left till the end of year. Right now Ethereum block chain is 450 Gb fat. I guess it is now obvious it will be between 500-600 Gb at end of the year.
