It's very risky to try to buy Tezos now... It's not a token, is a new block chain and it is still under development: people who bought during the ICO doesn't even have a real wallet yet! If I would sell you my Tezos, I couldn't do nothing...
Better way is to follow the official information by the team, I paste below some info from the official newletter, perhaps it is still possible to subscribe it.

We suggest general chat happen on the matrix network, a modern federated network for decentralized, secure online chat. You can access it using several clients, such as Riot.
