Secondly, I want to know that do they ship in India??

I believe they stopped international shipments a few weeks ago and only ship to the US.

They have a good reputation.

It'll likely cost you more in customs + shipping to be worthwhile. Cash out your coins and buy locally.

I haven't seen anything from you on those other accounts.

We have been busy at Bitcoin2013, so I apologize about the delay.

Anyways, we do not focus much on international shipping yet. It is too costly for our customers, we want to provide the best service for our customers, which means only-US so far. We are looking for more suppliers abroad though!

I notice a great deal of items are out of stock... as in the ones I am specifically interested in. I think the prices are reasonable and the reputation precedes the business but I would like to know what degree of wait time a typical backorder involves.
