the announcements section in the altcoin forum is a mess, it's hard to make heads or tails of anything because there's sooo many announcements.
Where do you guys get your altcoin release dates from? is there a central place that tracks that kind of stuff and what exchange they're listed on?

It's really tough to track what's from 2014 and what's from 2017 just using coinmarketcap.

So what are your new coin resources?

this might good for you https://www.cryptocompare.com/ico/#/upcoming or here https://tokenmarket.net/ico-calendar.
But it's only list coin that provides ICO

If you want accurate and reliable information, the best thing you can do is to do a separate research for each one and the most trusted reference is their own official site.

I follow icotracker and tokenmarket, they are both useful, altcoin announcement forum is mess just because even people without technical knowledge can create a token and currency and make a ico.

There are many websites where you can check the ICO correctly. I regularly use tokenmarket, this is a good site, it updates every ICO in the market. Very full and easy to use.

I agree with you that altcoin forum is a mess. You can directly drop in Google and type "ICO tracker" and search it. It will gibe you plenty of ICO countdown web sites that are easy to use.

it is really hard to follow all of new altcoins in altcoin board,
so,how about try to talk it with your fellow in local board ?
basically, one man can not handle everything but what happen if you have 10 mans ?? or even 1000 mans ?
just try open a thread in your local board and that thread created especially for you and your fellow to talk about new altcoins

Not to thread jack but a similar question. How do you know when an exchange will start to carry a new coin or cryptopair? You would think that they would publicize it but the only coin I've  ever received any notice about is BCH, for obvious reasons. Yet I see knew coins on exchanges quite often the past few months. Is there a news letter I'm missing? I use bittrez, polinex, kraken, yobit and cryptopia

Usually altcoins do not knock to the door and simply get release just at the moment the thread is published, there is no fixed date at the advance, so the only dates you will find are the ICOs ones. So the links you gave, additionnaly to Coinschedule.com gives a clear view of what will get out soon.

My tool of choice is Twitter and Facebook. Both these social networks allowed me to discover Deeponion, and a few other great projects coming up in the crypto world. There are many groups that also offer a non stop flow of information on Facebook.

Feel free to join the Deeponion community : deeponion.org/community/

Cheers,

I always use https://coinmarketcap.com/. I check from chart and easy to find the starting date of the currency. But ico release date is unknown of course.

I am late to the coin party. There are so many different types out there and it's hard to keep up.

https://www.ico-list.com/
https://icotracker.net/

Both are good sites for me, but ico tracker has slow update rather than the ico list website. Coin market cap writes a long history in crypto. But you can try to see the official announcement for a better and detail information.

If you check out ICO trackers and ICO releases, Airdrops and other keywords through google there are quite a few resources available. Also, forums like this one are a great resource. Just be careful, there are a lot of scam coins out there!

If you really want a credible site just go to ico tracker.
They are updated of the new coins and for me their articles are interesting.
Following and reading threads here in altcoin board are quite boring and hard when you can be easily hit the google and search all you want. All the information are all in your face.
