It seems Utrust team is playing Hide and Seek with bounty participants, as per update sheet has been finalised but not made public yet, what may be the purpose behind it is beyond my understanding.

if you wait for the final payment of the month we must be paid at the end of the month but not in 2018. we will be paid at the end of january 2019. you are very foolish waiting for this project. they can not afford to pay us. maybe the token is sold out. or they do not intend to pay us.
