What is the best link shortener? Which pays the most?

1 - adf.ly  ($0,50/ 1000 Unique views)
2 - btc.ms ($1,20/ 1000 Unique views) With bugs. Multiple complaints that the site has a server error. I tested it myself and saw this error.
