Hello everybodies!
I am a newbie and I have a big question
I discovered that I have a lot o bitcoin cash that get out from 1 august
these are free coins
so
What is in your opinion the best way to use them?
I think it is gifting to some great project or to people that need them
what do you think?

While your intentions are good and all of that, unless you have a great deal of bitcoin so that your future is assured I will say that you do not give away those coins you need to think about yourself and your future and not about giving away money that belongs to you.

keep with the standard BTC, bitcoincash has not the support BTC has and is a fork from the original

if you could buy an original vs a fake what would you buy? the original or fake product? answer that and you answer your question
