I have BTC that I'd like to sell.  I can accept Interac at 12%.  I'm new to this so I'm going in at a very competitive rate to build my trust up.  When I build up more trust my rate will be closer to the other sellers here.  This is for Canada only at the moment.  I have been a member of this forum for a year and I have done deals with b!z the legendary seller over the last year - hopefully he can vouch for my trustworthiness.

The buyer pays first, then the BTC will be sent within 2 hours (normally much sooner).  Interac only at the moment.  More payment options are coming soon.  I can Skype chat during the transfer if you need help and if it's during my available hours.

You need to lower your rates and to use escrow.

I can't really go much lower than 12% for small amounts.  With transaction fees, market fluctuations and the risk of being scammed I am taking, I think 12% is fair.  Most sellers use 15%.  If I go with 10% or less I don't see how I will make any profit at all unless I am selling larger amounts like $150+.

Yes I've already had lots of scam attempts since posting this thread.  I very easily spot scams, so no worries there.
