How can i restore my bitcoin wallet on blockchain.info?

I have a wallet, and i couldn't login so i recovered my funds using the 12 words but when i login the balance is empty?

What do i need to do?

try using electrum wallet , get your 12 words and get the private key of your wallet , so , import the private key xpvr  with electrum   , thats all.

Why wouldnt my blockchain.info wallet restore though even after i used the recover wallet function?  It just shows 0 like it's a new wallet. It's scary, i hope i didn't lose them

I just restored using mycelium and it's showing 0 balance. What could be wrong?

Blockchain.info web wallet is full of bugs, yesterday I got email with payment received notification but actually I have send some bitcoin out of my wallet. 

And also in the transaction history it was showing -0.30BTC but in reality I have only sent 0.02BTC. However I haven't lost anything with that because it was only a  visual bug. Avoid using them and search for better alternative.
