I got myself a few Asus P106-100 cards, and downloaded Asus's GPU TweakII software, but I'm not sure what's the optimal settings to use for GPU mining, can someone share some tips on the settings?
As for Temperature and Fan speed monitoring, I am seeing about 70C and 75% fan speed with default GPU Tweak settings, what's the ideal temperature and fan speed I should aim for long term use without spoiling the cards within 2 year's of use?

I recommend taking a cheap box fan and pointing it at your rig(s), if you haven't already. (Typically perpendicular to the direction your cards are lined up, but whatever works best for you is fine. Just try to avoid turbulence.)
Nobody can predict when your card is going to fail, but running your card at a lower temperature and with a lower fan speed will definitely help its longevity, especially since you're running them 24/7. However, once you lower things down to a certain point, your gains become negligible. I usually set this point around 60-65C, where much lower than that probably won't yield big benefits. To be honest, 70C isn't too bad (in the middle of the summer, my cards sometimes get pretty close to 70C).
Fan lifetime is also hard to predict. It greatly depends on what kind of bearings are used, and other qualities of the fans, but still, nobody could tell you exactly how long yours will last. There's a certain balance between maintaining low core temperatures and a low fan RPM. (Running them at 90-100% 24/7 will kill them faster than 75%, and there's no guarantee that pushing the fan that extra bit would see a huge temperature decrease.)
Tl;dr: Cheap box fans are your friends. Push the hot air away faster, and help save the fans on the cards.
