I'm sure this topic has come up before... But I'm just looking to exchange my BTC into CAD/Cash.  I see theres a couple websites out there to exchange BTC Into Cash.  Any recommendations on who I should be dealing with? Any advice?

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

MtGox seem to have the best rate for selling BTC at the moment.

yes, their prices are almost 10$ higher than btc-e's.

I use cavirtex.com

Direct deposit to my bank account, never got any issues.

I use coinbase.com

coinbase has been easy for me too.  easy to setup and link and verify a bank acct.  they use mtgox prices when cashing out/purchasing BTC.
