How much is the current price of Binance now? And when this was started ?  I was confused with the people around me talking about this coin , looks like its a promising also  Smiley

At this moment we are trading BNB at around ~$6 (or ~33k sats). You heard right, BNB is definitely a promising token, because it really got a use case, besides of being just a speculative object. You can use BNB to cover your trading fees while trading on Binance, this will reduce your fees by 50%.

I believe this is the reason why BNB has been pumping these past few days. Lots of trades are now taking place on binance and people want to reduce their trading fees. If the price of BNB rises then you will basically be trading on the binance exchange for free!

$BNB the ONLY coin where you can invest in the exchange. This will be a top coin for chinese/international traders. Eventually it will only be 100M supply.

It is not an inversion on the exchange, just an utility to go to ICOs. It is quite a different thing.

I would add here 2 factors:
1. Binance lists a lot of new coins and announces trading contests (the latter I view absolutely unethical);
2. Bittrex has toughened trading requirements (min order size on highly liquid markets might exceed EQV of 20$, on Binance it's 0.01 ETH ~ 8$) and trading system is sluggish - order history lags, order cancellation and placement is burdensome.

Kudos to Binance - they seem to scale well, yet I would not discard Bittrex as the top altcoin exchange:
1. Founders and major personnel is publicly known and the exchange is within US jurisdiction
2. The volume is more stable on established coins, opposed to Binance where traders switch from one new coin to another
3. Better liquidity
4. Better on-site charting tools

BTW, if BNB price rises, you pay more $ in fees Smiley

Binance became very popular  exchanger. If it goes well, it can replace Bittrex maybe.

I guess with the many new people getting into cryptocurrencies everyday, it is pretty likely that many of those are looking for alternatives after getting to know polo and bittrex. I guess Binance is doing a great job marketing itself and for traders it contains only benefits, so I can imagine that Binance has many new users everyday and those start off on Binance by buying BNB, therefore price is appreciating. If we think of Coinbase with 100k new users everyday, I can also see maybe around 20k new people coming to binance everyday.

Binance is increasing its reputation. I started using Binance in a big way. For BNB I have a high price expectation. Still at levels suitable for harvesting. I guess I'll make small purchases.

Yes it is increasing its reputation and userbase and volume and number of pairs and the value of its own token. They are going so good and fast.

I imagine BNB at the level of 10 dollars, and I think that the market will see the latest 10 billions sooner. As the number of users increases, BNB increases.

They are growing fast but also strong.

They are making very nice campaigns for their customers and they are solving problems very early.

I am only using there now.

Loving Binance, some say it will be the Bittrex killer...  I like the fact that the support are fast.  Haven't heard of any accounts getting locked either yet.

Has recently become one of the most popular stock exchanges. It is also great that the transaction fees are done with their own coin.
Value will increase as usage increases Smiley

Actually, the binance volume is growing every day and more and more people want to pay %50 less fee and buying some binance token.

If binance volume carries on growing token price will carry on too.

Yes, I had some trouble accepting it especially when Waves launched with them the new contest, and I am actually a Waves holder. At the basis I felt that this could be seen by others as a way to artificially inflate trade volume, and then also to encourage people to buy as that places them in contention.

I know other coins even Bitcoin had plenty of contests but these were all done by individuals, never by anyone who was in any way a developer.

Binance does well now as it is new, as you said, it gets more expensive as BNB goes up. So it is counter to what they want to achieve.

Either way, I still want to move to decentralized exchanges.

What's happening to Binance today, everything is running very slow, when I try to put a trade in it takes forever to accept it. Is there a sudden rush on a coin I'm not aware of ?

Currently I am also trading a lot on Binance. Because the fee for each Binance transaction is currently quite low compared to other major commercial sites such as Bittrex and Poloniex. Even so, Binance has a tremendous amount of daily trading, and the trade is fast and secure, and you can verify your account for a huge daily exchange.

I use Binance, I like it and I think BNB is a great idea.

I do wonder how Binance will handle increase volume and what is stopping them packing up shop and disappearing with all the loot.  Yes, I know don't keep your coins on an exchange, but anyone who is trading even a bit does keep a little on as makes it easier.
