Binance is a great exchange , definitely my favourite at the moment. I haven't won a car yet though

I love them too. But for winning a car or something like that you should be a really big spender.

Personally, I wouldn't trade just for winning a car from competition. Even if I win that would hurt my economy because of big taxes. In my country there is more than %140 tax for luxurious cars. I'm not interested in winning the competition but the thing I like about these competitions are they bring more people to the exchange and help bring the volume up. Binance is everybody's favorite these days. I hope it will affect BNB price too!

You can just sell the car and make a profit from it. So there is %140 tax but if you don't pay the initial car price, you can make a profit by selling it.

Still, it is impossible for us to win that car. It is for whales only.

Will I win competition for government? For paying more taxes to them? And in return I get nothing. I don't think you have any idea about countries with corrupted governments. I can try winning the competition if I want, but I have no intention. I would make more money by my regular trading routine.

If you look at the threads for some of the other exchanges, such as Poloniex, HitBTC and (to some extent) Cryptopia, you'll find that most of the posts are complains whereas this Binance thread is almost bereft of complaints. The one thing I like about Binance is that you can use there coin 'BNB' to pay for trade fees, this makes it easy to buy coins that only trade in whole numbers, like NEO, as you don't have to work out how much extra NEO to buy to cover the fees.

EDIT; you can buy fractions of NEO but only send it in whole numbers.

U sure the BNB decaying "discount fee" each year isn't relative to each user subscription date ? That kind of "smoothing" would make more sense and it could go on forever that way

I don't thnik the BNB token has only being bought due to exchange reasons. People also trust the platform of Binance and they think the price of BNB token will go up. I mean I can still buy BNB for investment purposes.

Are you sure? On the contrary, everyone thinks that the price will rise. The reputation of exchange is increasing, more and more people are using it every day.
The price may rise even for this only

So i buy BNB and I get 50% discount on fees. which is not much at the moment. 


Guessing main reason to buy it is because people that it will take off?  Probably until Binance exchangestarts crashing etc like all the others and then BNb goes down?

Actually, if you are a regular trader it is very logical to hold it. It makes you pay %50 of the fee right now. But if you are occasionally trading, yes the only reason, the hope of it will take off.

Actually once everybody's favorite was bittrex. Later they make their service like shit. Too many complaints and it worked for binance. Most of the volume binance now has come from bittrex.

I've had this happen to me on a couple of occasions, I think it's when there is a run on a coin and the server can't handle the traffic; it's usually not too bad but can be a bit worrying - a victim of there own success.

On another topic, just noticed that they changed, on the 'Deposits & Withdrawals' page, the "Hide zero balance" (IIRC) to "Hide small assets", this I don't like as it means I have to view all assets to see the forked BCX and SBTC that I have - please Binance change it back.

If you accept BNB then you should accept this as a long term investment because BNB is a great and very valuable
altcoin in the future. I think people should buy BNB more because the price of BNB is very low.
The price will rise in the next few months because the interest in crypto is growing.

I cannot see my BRD tokens after i cancel my open order in Binance, they can be seen at general funds part but not in exchange?? Anyone has similar problem?
