Now that Binance is moving to Malta, will it still be providing services to US customers?? Secondly, what is the actual legal standing for the US customers? Is Binance approved by FinCEN under MSB since it is an exchange and US deems it as facilitating 'securities'??  I'm just trying to protect my ass here and make sure i'm not violating any law by trading on your platform.. Most people know by now how Binance is moving to Malta. The cryptocurrency trading platform has big expectations following this migration. It is evident the country is a lot more open-minded when it comes to Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Binance is not the only company trying their hand at moving to this country, though.

It seems Monaco, a relatively new cryptocurrency company, contemplates a similar move. For now, they are looking into tackling this market sooner or later. It will take some time to successfully do so, but the plan is set in motion. Whether or not this means Monaco will launch a new office or permanently move to Malta, remains unclear at this point.

binance and BNB are one of my favorite exchanges and tokens. a large daily volume of transactions, low fees, good support and a good portion of good coins / tokens are listed there as a reason why I love this exchange. Overall, I'm satisfied with binance.

Binance success story is a joy to behold, the way the management team run their operation is first order. it is not a easy thing to see a growth in the price of their tokens which greatly correlate with the great increase in the number of trading volume on the exchange. This is the best exchange in the space for now, hope more exchanges like this will continue to get things right

Well there is Kucoin shares(KCS) too. Although the concept of earning is different with KCS as you get a percentage of all the coins that the exchange earns through fees. While Binance coin works by reducing half your exchange fees and burning its coins every quarter which increases the price of the coin.

There is nothing can ensure that Binance will become the future of exchanges. As you can see, bittrex was one of the best exchange on 2016 and early of 2017. But now, there are so many restrictions if you want to use this exchange. I believe that time will tell us whether it can become our future or not.

I'm not feeling surprised about that. We know the fact binance exchange is the biggest exchange platform right now which contains the largest daily trade volume at this time. And that means if there is lot of support from the crypto users if the majority of them are using binance exchange. binance platform is running very well compared to another competitor just like kucoin and huobi.

BNB has an ambition to be the public chain after it announce its new plan, this is the reason that the price grow so much and fall a little, it deserver a long term holding and lets wait to see
