Binance really doesn't run out of ideas, the features they build are amazing especially about the new loan feature on the NFT Market,

Have you proven it with statement you said ??, As long as user on binance i don't trust with you statement. Binance is not scam exchange, safest exchange i really trust only Binance my coin safe if put it there and never disspointed. There was rumors that Binance 'CZ' Zhao is going to layoff 20% of his employees. It was said because of poor market conditions and need to save money for the company.

Gary Gensler is just a clown that ruining the crypto space left and right suing crypto projects that they think illegal of their own bases that's why some projects leaving US territory because of the greediness of SEC! IMHO, they won't be chased by SEC if they've got no laws to violate or they comply with what they lack of. We don't know much about these issues as they're trying to play the victim or they're really chased by the SEC. But to say that they are innocent, that's far from reality. They know their own issues and they have got what it takes to be welcomed by SEC. Anyway, Binance itself and not the token (BNB) has been doing pretty well and they've been in here for quite a while.

Can't wait to see how big this exchange will be in the near future.

It's hard to say how and when it may happen, but if huge funds like blackrock come to this market, binance will not be able to compete with them. We don't know if that's going to happen. I've just been reminded that the most popular exchanges before can't even be remembered now. With SEC playing on them or it is them that's playing with the SEC, the fate of them really is unknown as of the moment. They may be popular as they can be for now but we don't know what's going to be the future. If they maintain their status for now then that's good for their business. But if they can't give what SEC is trying to ask on them and comply with some certain requirements, that's gonna keep on chasing them.

I am sure that this year all issues will be settled. Even under the condition that there are ongoing proceedings at the exchange, things are going well and no global problems have been found in the work. What can be said for sure that after all the proceedings, the exchange token will make a profit than many users and will take advantage of those who bought it earlier and at a more attractive price. I don’t think that the fight between binance and sec will last long.

Well I do think it took them longer then a lot of people wanted to. But now Binance exchange has now finalized Lightning Network, customers can deposit and withdraw using it for less fees.
