Bitcoin is moving towards 4000?

It seems that Bitcoin will reach 4000 USD soon. If not, at least it has reached to a new ATH right now. My question: what is the main reason for the current Bitcoin uptrend?

Yes, it is moving towards $4000, but I doubt it will reach it in the next few days. Currently, it's at $3650, has a long way to go for $4000. Probably, it will drop to $3500s soon and then start increasing again. I would say that we might see $4000 in the next one to two weeks. I hope I turn out wrong and it happens in the next few days.
Also, segwit was locked in a few days ago and it's about to be activated in the next 2 weeks.

Main reasons include:

1) Bitcoin Cash aka BCash hardfork now cleared from the picture.
2) August 1st potential split with UASF BIP148 now cleared from the picture
3) The fact that the big block hardfork was a disaster makes the segwit2x NYC agreement increasingly pointless, making a potential november hardfork less feasible
4) Segwit enabled, which means lightning network and sidechains are coming while avoiding drama as described in previous points

I could go on, but these are the main topics to consider.

And there are a lot of positive news about bitcoin in worldwide journalist, look at Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, and the New York Times news. Many traders, analysts, and experts think that a price of $4K and above per BTC could easily happen by year end 2017. But, I think bitcoin could reach $4000 in this month and reach $5000 by the end of this year.

Well i think its impossible right now to see this price look at the movement of the price many of us are starting selling their bitcoin just to make a good profit or getting the benefits of the price increase from last week and today..
So $4k is a new break if the price touch in $3,800 expect that the price of bitcoin can be hit until $4,000 .
For now better to wait for the price movement because  as i can seen more people also are selling their bitcoin today..

Seriously, the Japanese economy is in shambles and heading for disaster (so is China and everyone else let's face it). The Japanese government legalizing bitcoin could quite possibly be the most bullish piece of news in the history of bitcoin.

It is absurd to say the least to 4000$ for it might more than that, it happens for the same reason as it stand firm by the past fork and more investors seem/users been around this few days or month. We can even sense it the way the people talking about its increase than going down with it. The positive outlook of the people is one factor.

Bitcoin price increases and will touch $ 4000, I predict this will be up in just a few weeks. The main factor of bitcoin is certainly the growing investor confidence and also the increasing use of bitcoin by people in the world, this is what causes the higher bitcoin demand. So the bitcoin price increases. In addition to the increasing number of countries adopting bitcoin also affect the increase of bitcoin globally.

what does that mean by moving towards $4000 ?
and what is the different between moving towards $4000 and moving towards $5000 ?
both of them are similiar,or all that i can is no matter what price you said,it can be said 'moving towards'
because the meaning of that words are movement upward.
so,this question should not be asked in my opinion because Bitcoin price so far always moving upwards

what is the reason ? it's very simple because they want to get a lot profit from it,and them they will starting to dump it.
