So you can hear radio waves Grin
The device you need is called a hearing aid as it seems your ear is not responding to sound waves, but interpreting radio waves. The device which can interpret radio waves is called a radio. You can search Ham radio, think it will be of interest to you.
By the by, do you hear any noise of bitcoins dropping in the radio waves?

Stop spamming this forum and start using your brain, google is a free search engine and has thousands of terabytes and much larger database than any human mind individually could remember.

You're willing to pay bitcoins for this? Okay, have you ever thought that maybe it's not radio frequencies? Could it be tinnitus? Or even what this article is talking about? https://mic.com/articles/91091/a-mysterious-sound-is-driving-people-insane-and-nobody-knows-what-s-causing-it

You can easily make a faraday cage to block out EMFs but there are wearable faraday cages that will have a similar blocking effect.  Worth a try.  Good luck!

!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!

hey can you build me one or find me one online a faraday cage which will block out emf and radio waves iam willing to pay you if you can build it and ship it better to find someone selling it.

I answered a PM from a user I didn't know once and the message was altered to appear as though I was giving a vouch so I won't answer PMs from people with whom I am not familiar.
