I want to buy the Antminer D3 in bitcoin-miner store is it trustworthy? How do I set up the Antminer D3? Is it similar to other ASIC models? In this case, where can I find a installation guide? Are there some videos that explain this?

The AntMiner D3 setup and configuration will most likely be just like every previous AntMiner Bitmain has released. Since the first batch of the AntMiner D3 does not ship until September 15-25, nobody here can answer your question with absolute certainty. Here's a setup guide for the AntMiner L3+ (Bitmain's most recently released miner) that shows exactly where to go in the interface to configure your pool settings. The D3 setup will likely look nearly identical.

I have made 5 orders with Bitmain directly, and never experienced any problems.
Maybe you ordered from a scam site?
