Hey Everyone,

I have just started a new Yiimp based pool Called SteamOctanePool.com (SOPOOL).  This pool is fresh and brand new so currently there isn't much coins on there (actually there is just SIGT as I am writing this), but the pool is on a high performance server that can be scaled in minutes to 64X its current power.  The server is in the cloud on one of the highest performing clouds on the net.

I would love to add more coins on here (notably new coins) so if any user or dev has any suggestions please let me know and I'll get it added.  Obviously we need miners as well but I'm sure that will naturally happen as more new coins are added.  Please feel free to reply or PM me with any coin suggestions or really anything else!

Now for the honest part, I have been in Bitcoin & altcoins now for about 3 years, from mining with CPU to GPU to ASIC's, so I am pretty knowledgeable about the crypto scene, and a lot of the learning has been done through this forum.  But... this is my first actual post to the forum, so I understand my status is new and people may be skeptical of this pool and me.  With that said I'm hoping there can be some blind trust and this pool will be used, and regardless I will start becoming a more active member the community.  Instead of a bystander.

Discord Channel.  https://discord.gg/GP6vmrF

Thanks!

Hello looks like you have been paid for the mature blocks.  The process is automated every 3 hours, there is just an initial delay with new coins.

Thank You for mining with us!

So far, it has not been paid. Scam.

To update on this.  There was an issue with the coin that reported more blocks then was actually found.  In other words the coins the pool accepted to everyone was not actual coins that was generated, thus we couldn't pay what we didn't have.

We have shut this coin down on our pool to prevent further damage to our miners.  Please keep in mind that we didn't profit off of this, we paid all coins that we still had to our miners.

Thanks.

We were attacked as well, however we have put the precautions in place and some security updates.  We are still operating!

Which coin are you trying to mine?  And what is your config?  There is still active miners on the port so it does not appear to be down.

Thanks.

Does this pool contain hidden ~10% fee? Because week ago I was mining Sweepstakecoin with myself and I was founding blocks myself and got rewarded 714 sweeps when block reward is 814 sweeps.

Now I am also mining but now with my brother and we are both doing it with single 1080tis and getting approx. fifty fifty shares but the reward per block varies 300 to 350 sweeps per block/per bro. I think we should be both getting  ~400 sweeps per block. And yes I am speaking about when we two were the only ones who were mining.
