Im handing out loans to any reputable person on here. I REQUIRE ID OR IDENTIFICATION Due to the recent wave of scammers. Maximum amount per person. .2btc


If .1btc lended out .135 to be paid back.
if .2      .25btc to be paid back.

Hard to imagine people willing to take out loan at these rate, other than the truly desperate or people trying to defraud.

In either case, lender should have low expectation of getting pay back.
