Hi all.
I tried yesterday to transfer ( for testing purpose ) 1.5 NEO from my bittrex to the official windows GUI wallet
Bittrex took 0.1 NEO transaction fee ( normal ), but I never received 1.4 NEO, but only 1 NEO
So I lost in the transaction 0.4 NEO.

Why ? We must transfer an integer, and non decimal amount to have the right amount and not loosing anything ?

hi,

it is very clear on Bittrex =>

The NEO asset is not divisible. Please withdraw only whole numbers. Any fractions will be discarded.

For example, if you withdraw 100.23 NEO, you will only receive 100 NEO.

Seems it's your fault , 0.5 neo is not a big amount .But i am thinking it's a little unreasonable that neo is not divisible.
