Has anyone bought BITMAIN Antminers ( D4, S9, L3+, etc. ) from cloudsigma?

Hello All,
I wanted to ask everyones opinion about ordering Antmining equipment from this particular website.

I got screwed by ordering by a SCAM website as posted here by myself a few days ago:

I don't want the same thing happening again.

Has anyone used them?  They accept Visa and Paypal, which is a good sign, but I want to make 100%
sure this time.
