Let’s suppose that your tokens will appear on large-value exchanges. Will those who have acquired them obtain information about the field of business in which these tokens were invested?

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

As far as I understand, users can choose where to invest their tokens by voting. As far as I understand, the value of the voice will depend on the number of tokens in the wallet, am I right?

Have you had harcap at pre-ICO? What does 257% mean in your roadmap?

Hi, our goal for the pre-ICO was 200 ETH, we have raised 520 ETH. With no marketing money, we overreached the goal for 257%.

I believe that the system should have a full interface, allowing you to ask for a loan for your project.

The idea is excellent, but in this case it will be necessary to create a single form that will allow acquainting the platform team with a transparent business plan for everyone who wants to receive investments.

How are you going to attract businesses? Will they use fiat money or buy tokens to host activities on the platform?

Hello gazman,

We offer them our Yupie to try it out, as part of our bounty phase in the roadmap. In our smart contract 5% of our tokens goes as seed to businesses. Once the seed runs out and they have established a community on our application, they will begin sharing revenue or future revenue to the crowd. Thus the crowd will help the business because if the business succeeds so does the crowd.

Also the fact is that on average 11% of the average business is spent on marketing, here they can actually build a community and get feedback.

We do not have an issue of attracting startups, in the recent months we have had over 50 applications, we are just selective to make sure the best and most interesting projects are added to our application. We also choose to make sure that this connection is beneficial for both the startup and the users / Crowdholding.

That sounds like an awesome idea! Audience participation across all platforms is the future.

Could not agree more! Co-creation is the future! And sharing revenue is what makes it better.

Yes we want to create a ecosystem that allows startups and entrepreneurs to co-create with the crowd.

When a startup / entrepreneur applies, we open dialogue with them to see  if it is a good fit for the startup / entrepreneur, Crowdholding and the Crowdholders.

I’m a regular token holder. Will I know in which company my tokens are invested?

Hi. Let's say you have our YUPIE tokens.

You, as YUPIE token holder, will be able to choose any company on our platform where you would like to invest.

1% is such a small price of your success...

@rhyso, I'm happy to see that you understand that only 1% of all tokens are used for the Bounty Campaigns. However, please bear in mind that 5% is also distributed to the first businesses on Crowdholding. Thus, they will distribute this 5% for bounty campaigns on www.crowdholding.com, so the total given away for bounty is 6% (1% for Crowdholding bounty campaign and 5% for the bounty campaign's of businesses on Crodwdholding)

Token holders who acquired YUPIE tokens will have complete transparency regarding the token movement. There will be publicly accessible account on crowdholding.com where such information will be presented. But please allow me to understand your point better, is information about token movement sufficient? What other information should we hold? Do you thing something like online invoicing or some financial reports would be necessary?

Hello spottcoin,

The voting system is to choose the best response / feedback from the users. The best responses will earn a high cut of YUPIES as their feedback is seen as the best response. Voting is not connected with investments solely.
