electrum portable error-3 from invalid block type,

After the installation (and removal after the withdrawal of coins) on this computer  electron cash wallet  - when restarting after a reboot, an error appears electrum portable - error-3 from invalid block type,  error decompressing pyQt4.qtgui.pyd.
I have to delete the folder and reinstall it every time.

If this is the Official Electrum, can you go to the network options and deselect "select server automatically".
Select a server that supports only the Bitcoin Blockchain and see if that helps.

After running electrum -
error-3 from inflate invalid code lenght set
error decompressing PyQt4.QtGui.pyd

and then the program closes. I have to delete the folder and reinstall it from the distribution.
