Is there anyone outside the USA, or anyone else out there that is legally able to buy tickets, but is unable to do so themselves for some reason, or anyone just not willing to stand in line, that would be interested in having me buy Powerball lottery tickets on their behalf in exchange for bitcoins?  If so, make an offer that involves escrow and I'll try to work something out with you.  I'd love to see someone in the bitcoin community win it.

Certainly sounds interesting, I've never liked the lottery though, odds are really slim and payout is half (taxes). I'm sure someone would find that useful though.
