DirectBet left "forgetting" to pay me

Hi,

We all know Directbet closed the doors on May 21. Many people seem to regret this closure and surely they're right because DB was a good place allowing people betting with cryptocurrencies.
However, the closure of DB is a real disgrace for me. Indeed, they left "forgetting" to pay me 1.92 BTC.
As I don't like to accuse without evidence, here are my BetID and my emails they never replied

What's the problem? You say I won my bet for 1.92 BTC, but at this moment I only know I loose 0.25 BTC. You received this amount and the transaction has been confirmed. Is the delay of the first transaction a problem? because it was the first time it occurred as I bet with DB. I don't know...

Please give me any information to solve this problem, because I'd like to get my money back and keep a good memory of DB.

In the end, how would you call this? For me, it's clearly a scam but I would like to know your opinions.

Does anyone know how to get in touch with DirectBet? I heard they were honoring all of their transactions and I had a long dated bet on the Astros to win the ALCS championship and wondering how I can get in touch with them to honor the bet. Am I SOL?

Try PM them, email their support, etc. and hope for a response. However since their site is down now and they don't seem to have any incentive to pay out anyone on the site, recovering your funds could take a while or not at all.
