As you have mentioned we can see that $5000 could be around the corner anytime soon. But to reach $10000, I think we need to see a new set of investors that are willing to enter with huge volumes of cash with them. Or another country will join the picture like Japan influence on the price when it legalized bitcoin. We are not yet globally adopted that it why its really hard for bitcoin to see another level of price movement. Although bitcoin is now famous more than even, but the mere fact that only a small percentage is owning bitcoin, I doubt that we can get to $10000 next year.

Agree with other posters here, patience is really the key and as of now the price of bitcoin falls down a little bit, and again i'll wait for it to rise again.

I respect your opinion, but even the possibility of such a thing will cause all the riches of the world to deposit all their money into Bitcoin, as I always said, tomorrow will be back to maybe $ 500, there is no guarantee in this market.

I am quite optimistic about the future of Bitcoin, although I am a bit worried about the huge backlog of unconfirmed transactions (around 60,000 right now). We can expect this number to decrease once the 2 MB block size is implemented, but after a few months even the 2 MB limit will prove to be too small. What we need is a permanent solution.

I believe and am sure if price bitcoin will reach 5 k at the end of this year and then the next year we will definitely reach the 10 k but it all depends on the movement of the bitcoin. No price is too high according to our wishes but again we have to be realistic and be aware of Bitcoin limitations. Some new adaptions and technical solutions are needed. Yes, based on the increasing user base the price can be predicted. Whether it's $100k or $5k everything happens in accordance to the adoption and in specific if countries same as Japan adopt as a whole with legality then can expect the increase in price in less time than what it actually requires.
