you want find in dev team poloniex, you can find in poloniex official thread
about you want find join in youre chat about poloniex service, i think is very dificult, because in poloniex official thread is enough, and then in poloniex this now many problem

Why don't you just use or join pump and dump group? Chatbox on Poloniex is very bad. Flooding with bullshit hypes. Not good way to communicate. I already joined a group which can give me a lifetime trading signals. But it's not that cheap. You need to pay a one time fee to join. But i think it's worth the fee you give to them. The are also give details about good ICOs which has good potential.

Someone already created a trading group on telegram as far as I know. But I don't think someone in there will teach you how to trade, those users are just going to take advantage by letting you buy the tokens they said are going to get pumped.  You have got to learn it yourself by watching the tokens that gets pumped.
