How do I transfer my bitcoin balances using my private keys

So I have unlimited bitcoin wallet that is been loading for a week, now I giving a error how can transfer the bitcoin I send to that wallet, using the backup file (private keys) thank you

choose a wallet that is trusted and also allows importing private keys. you can see this link: https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

easy way is to download Electrum since it is an SPV wallet and because of that it syncs fast. import your private key(s) there and make the transfer. http://docs.electrum.org/en/latest/faq.html#can-i-import-private-keys-from-other-bitcoin-clients
