Developers Needed for Ethereum Based project (5-20 BTC Budget)

I'm looking for developers to assist me in creating a project utilizing the Ethereum blockchain.  Please let me know if you are able to help yourself, or if you can point me in the right direction to someone who can.

Developers need to have experience with the Ethereum programming language, writing smart contracts, and blockchain development.

The project will be in the healthcare industry, which has a dearth of blockchain based projects providing a great opportunity to be a first mover in this particular space.

The goal will be to launch an ICO within 6-8 months, of the utility token which will be required for usage of the network we will be creating.

The ICO will be used to raise funds to further fund the project for the future.

I am interested in skilled, experienced developers to participate in a real project with an exciting real-world use case.

Compensation will be fee-for-service based.  My budget is from 5-20 BTC depending on the difficulty and time spent on the project, and the number of developers needed.  If you're interested in becoming partners on the project once you learn more, alternative modes of compensation can be considered as well.
