Hi

Wiped HDD, did fresh install of Ubuntu, Bitcoin core and Armory, let bitcoin core update, then ran Armory and dbLog.txt keeps saying "-INFO  - 1502586827: (BlockchainScanner.cpp:52) no history to scan" every so often.
Armory
Reset the computer a couple of times and no difference.
Left it overnight and it keeps happening.

I'm assuming that it's stuck and something needs to be changed, rather than simply waiting longer.

What made me look into this was the fact that there's next to no CPU time, download or HDD use, so I guess it's waiting for something it's never going to get.

Dumb question: If I rescan and rebuild in Armory, will that download the whole blockchain again (I guess not.)
How long roughly might it take?

Okay so I tried 'Rebuild and Rescan Databases' and it looked like it had finished (in dbLog.txt) but then it did this (see -ERROR line):

On https://www.bitcoinarmory.com/download/, the latest version is 0.96.0. How can I get 0.96.1?
Will it fix the 'can't connect socket' error?
