For me you can keep your altcoins in one wallet as many as you want if you are a technical person and are aware of securing your wallet in an encrypted offline storage, or your computer are secured enough to penetrate by some malicious tools or scripts you are safe to use one wallet, Just never open your wallet using your private key in public connections like public wifi as you might easily get compromised.

Good man, just make sure you did your research because most altcoins are nothing more than pump and dumps and you can and will get screwed if you don't do enough research and fall for their schemes!

Wishing you all the best with your investment. Smiley

Do you can give us detail information about the 10 altcoins ? Of course it is possible to keep their in same wallet
if your altcoins be supported by the provider of wallets,
Saving altcoins on the exchangers is something dangerous for your coins due to the exchangers can be shutdown like BTC-e
it was gone and many more exchangers was gone. You must try to use the altcoins wallet to keep them, here for the candidate of wallets https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@mrilevi/the-top-5-best-altcoin-wallets-an-overview choose the best for you.

For most alts the ideal would be to keep each one of them in their respective full clients.
There are also hardware wallets supporting a few altcoins. Legder and Trezor are examples.

If all of them are ethereum tokens like ERC20 or ERC23, you can have them in only one ETH wallet. Or if your exchanger Works with all the coins you have, you can move them and keep them by using 2fa security.

If they are ERC20 tokens, you can keep them in the same wallet by using myetherwallet or similar ones.

Yeah that's better option to choose from. MEW supports almost every altcoin as the new coins are almost developed based on the ERC20 standards only. Moreover if they are not comfortable in putting the money on wallet like MEW then exchanger itself is good option to you. Exchanger is also comfortable in terms of doing quick exchanges and trades without loosing the money over the fees and everything.

I am assuming that it will depend on the nature of the technology the project is built on. There are a lot of wallets (applications/web) that can hold multiple coins. The best ones that I have used and I would recommend is coinomi, cryptonator. With coinomi, you might be able to hold all your 10 altcoins on the same wallet, or almost all. You can even consider using hardware wallets such as trezor, it is one of the best hardware wallet I have used so far.

If you're having difficulties with your coins just trade it to bitcoin so you'll not get a headache.
Besides bitcoin is profitable even in short and long term.
But if you really want to thold those altcoins try coinomi as it caters a lot of coins and you hold your private keys here so its safe.

You can try Exodus yet they only support few altcoin like ETH, Monero, Dash etc. The only way is to store it on exchange because it's hard to store it on one wallet unlike the exchange where they support all of altcoins they listed. However, you shouldn't store it for long time and sell them when you need .

You didn't tell us the altcoins you hold. However, I will suggest you download this app from the playstore if you use an Android phone. The app  holds over 20 altcoins including the ultimate Bitcoin. It's the Freewallet. Check it out and thank me later. The features are very easy to navigate.

it's a lot.
It was difficult to secure 10 private key.
Trade it or exchange to Bitcoin or Ethereum is the best way.
