What cryptocurrency do you want to trade? What is bitcoin or altcoin? If you have little capital then trading altcoin is a good choice. Oh yes the most important thing is to analyze price movements. You should be able to put together when you buy and when to sell. Because the higher the profit margin then you will get easier to get what you want.

The first thing to do is spending some time to learn how to trade altcoins successfully. Trading is a games of skills and you should open account with an exchangers or brokers that allow you to demo trade then you can open an account with populars exchangers like poloniex or c-cex. Wish you luck.

You need to cover most of the exchanges because sometimes the opportunities are not in a single platform. I'd go with Bittrex, Poloniex and probably HitBTC as well. I can tell you that the basic rule is to sell high and buy low, and that you should never sell out of fear and also never buy something that is involved is some pump and dump scheme, It always end up badly and the market could crash. It's better to invest into projects that will actually deliver something.

Since we know that the concept of trading is exchanging of goods or services or buying and selling of goods and services between parties, so i think it would be better if you have the knowledge about trading.

Here are the tips offered from an online source:

  • Look for scenarios where supply and demand are drastically imbalanced, and use these as your entry points.
  • Always set price targets before you jump in.
  • Insist on a risk-reward ratio of at least 3:1 when setting your targets.
  • Be a patient trader.
  • Be a disciplined trader.

  • Don’t be afraid to push the “order” button.
  • Only day trade with money you can afford to lose.
  • Never risk too much capital on one trade.
  • Don’t limit day trading to stocks.
  • Don’t second-guess yourself, but do learn from experience.

Good concepts and tips, i think it's true never to be afraid to make a decision because over time we may also have a good instinct in trading. For now I still learn the trading and capital increase stage can maximize the profit gained.

I suggest that you learn and learn as much as you can by gathering information here in the forum. It helps a lot in trading to be always updated by learning more. You can make more educated guesses of when to buy and sell if you learn more about the coins you intend to buy. Also, look at the past price charts. You can probably guess whether a coin is good for long term investment by looking at it.

Just use the exchange that gives a big volume in daily trade, that gives you the more opportunity to do a day trade or you can try to do a long trade for your amount. bittrex is the exchange site with the biggest volume right now.

Of course before you trade you must have a capital to start a trading. There are many trusted sites of exchanger like bittrex, poloniex, cex , liquio and many many more. Exchanger is not a issue, you must have a strategies and techniques.

unfortunately there is no simple answer to which exchange is the best. most of them are good enough for trading but sometimes they differ on some aspects that makes one better than the other but which aspect you are looking for can be different from person to person.

one the things most traders look for is trading fees. for example poloniex has lower fees (I think it is 0.1-0.15%) but bittrex has higher fees 0.25%
another thing is their support: for example again poloniex has terrible support but bittrex has a better one (not the best but it is better).
sometimes the withdrawal fees are also an issue, but mostly in exchanges that work with fiat because fiat withdrawals are the most expensive.
some people also care about the interface of the exchange. check them out yourself to see if you like the charts, the books,...

in the end I suggest finding a couple of exchanges like the top 10 and check each one out, read their ToS, their verification process, read some feedback on them and see their fees,... if you liked them then sign up.

Only 2 exchanges are the best for me, first poloniex and bittrex though there's another contender which is shapeshift.io

Don't use yobit.net as it will just going to give you some headache in terms of their support.

They are the worst exchange after all.

Don't use Poloniex. They have huge problems: users lost their funds there

For trading you have to observe market in starting time, and research Which coin good for investment and from which altcoin you can get profit. Main thing you have to patience in trading platform because sometime may be some altcoin you buy at high price and suddenly price go down at that time you have to wait for sometime to sell that coin still price go up.

As far as I'm trading, bittrex and poloniex are best exchanger I've ever used but if you're asking for the most favorite one, bittrex is the one
I'm recommend to watch other community before start to choose your coin and look their pattern on graph since altcoin are more riskier than bitcoin but being trader yield more profit than investor

The first rule when you enter this market is to stay calm when prices fall and search plenty of good news about the altcoin you are investing in. I think this will help you to be aware of when the market should buy and when to sell
