I'm interested in developing a new altcoin that has extremely high difficulty and low block rewards but starts with approximately the same value as bitcoin...
Also, there will be no limit until the difficulty is so high until it is impossible to generate more coins...

Anyone interested?

If you start with the difficulty of bitcoin you are going to take years to find a block. But I agree, zero difficulty as a start is too small.

Recently two coins came out with low block rewards: BitBar and BitGem
