after many hours of investigation i found out that the https://github.com/fyookball/electrum is the only original link....
this source is confirmed by many other people aswell. so trust only 1 source.

The official source code for ElectronCash is located at https://github.com/fyookball/electrum as indicated by ElectronCash's website.

The links that you are spreading are the fake ones.

I have seen newbies posting this fake wallet everywhere the last few days.

Including in some Slack servers I participate and even here, like this newbie, which posted this link in a thread about Bitcoin Cash and deleted afterwards.

Furthermore, you can verify the correct GitHub page by clicking the Explore Source Code button at the bottom of the https://electroncash.org/ page.

I did a brief review of the fake GitHub listed by the OP and didn't find anything obviously malicious at first glance, looks like all periods were converted to commas for some strange reason. The code likely wouldn't even compile correctly, but should be avoided nonetheless.

OP also attemped to hide this fake repo BEHIND the fyookball URL in another thread... He has since deleted a lot of his original messages and edited his post to show the fake repo link now... but had already been quoted by PollysCracker

The repo is fake, the source is broken... and the binaries that are available to download are probably malware or backdoored and designed to steal seeds/keys and/or coins.

The repo he is promoting is like a day old... whereas the fyookball github is weeks old and has all the commits/fixes and discussion of the OFFICIAL ElectronCash.

What are you talking about? You can see that the repo from fyookball is linked at the bottom of the original website. The only fake version is the one from the github user "electroncash" which is a fake wallet made as an attempt to steal users funds. AFAIK Fyookball is the "developer" of the Electron Cash fork.

I'm not sure what "Real source" you are referring to... The Fyookball IS the real source... linked from the official ElectronCash.org website... why can you not see those links? Seriously, go to the website and look at the URLs linked for "Explore Source Code" and "You can find signatures and checksum hashes for all files here."

They link to the Fyookball github... not some random github that was created 1 day ago with broken source code.
