You could use bitspend.com's anonymous reshipping option. They'll buy an item for you, receive it and then reship it to you. https://bitspend.net/price go to anonymous ordering tab and just mention that when ordering. I've made a few orders from bitspend and they've all been great.

It's a small team from florida. They launched a few months ago and as far as I can tell they've been pretty legit so far. Reddit.com/r/bitspend has some more info and their customer support teams pretty good so if you have any questions you could probably shoot them an email and get an answer pretty quick.

Wow that really sucks that you haven't been able to find help yet, just randomly saw this thread in my watchlist. I don't have the posts you are requiring either but If you were just trying to circumvent some international shipping restriction by purchasing the items yourself with btc(by buying gift cards using gyft or bitmit)  and all you needed was reshipping from an American address that could receive it for you. I could most definitely do that. I don't have any official rep in matters like this I could point to but I've dealt with shipping and packaging a good amount from my experiences over the years with ebay and forum trading and I believe I could handle most any packaging or reshipping from Amazon with no real issues. I'd imagine you would put the name of the shipping details something like *Tolan77 in Care Of FoggyB* which would give you some record of proof that the package was not outright meant for me. I would need to know what you were ordering before I could quote any kind of rate I would charge as for example a box of books or just computer parts that I can just place a new label on and drop off at the post office  I can't see myself morally charging you too much. But if you ordered something more delicate or complex to reship or insure it was safe I'd probably charge a bit more. If you are interested I'm open for discussion just send me a PM.
 
Now however if what you were actually trying to accomplish was just an anonymous amazon purchase by giving me the BTC directly and then purchasing the item as if it was for me then reshipping it you.  I wouldn't be willing to do that.
