Is there a way to get BTC from Mt.Gox to BTC-E with no loss?

you can fund a btc-e account by typing in the bitcoin address from your account into mt gox's withdrawal


if you are trying to cash out from btc-e then, no there is no way, you will get btc-e's exchange rate.
