Coinbase mobile error

Hy guys. I have tryed today to connect on my coinbase account from coinbase app. I have logged in and it asked me to put the code that I received on my mobile phone. The problem is that if I put the code and press ok, it says the code it's wrong and I receive a new message with other code , if I put that code in, it happends the same thing. I get 5,6,7 or even more codes on my phone. Why is this happening?

Are you using an Authenticator service or SMS messages to login? If you are using an Authenticator check your clock-timezone options if it's out of sync.

What os you are using in your phone are you using android? if yes try to do this go to settings look for application manager and as you can seen all the apps are there look for the coinbase and clear cache and data
And relogin again and hope this time it will work..

Clean your apps data from you setting, Go to download apps>coinbase>clear data + cookies and now try to open the apps.fill the from with email and pass and wait for the code again.if its not come within 10minute then try again.I think you tried it many time so why they continuously sending you sms with code.so just try once and wait for the code.Hope this tips would work for you.Let me know what happened.

I solved the problem. I received 4 codes and finally one of them was correct. But I dont know why I get so many codes

I guess it's because you have too many attempts in logging in or there's an error between the SMS provider of coinbase or SMS provider from yours at that when you time you try to login.

Anyways since you solved this problem already, much better if you close this thread.

I solved the problem. I received 4 codes and finally one of them was correct. But I dont know why I get so many codes

Good to hear that its been resolved already and regarding on why there are lots of codes because maybe you do request how many times on which some codes are on delays on arriving I do know since I have experienced that too and errors do occur either it would be wrong or you did enter the earlier code that have been sent to you. These kind of codes do only pop out when you do have a vault set up on coinbase.

I had similar issue before, right after that avoid this exchange! Such of many trouble you might be faced like Coinbase just closed your account and claimed that you used that account for online gambling and so on...
