Hello, I'm having trouble with 50btc.
The weekly payment appeared on the API but did not reach my wallet! (It was 0,22 btc).
I am an unregistered user.
This is the second time this has happened to me.
Has anyone experienced the same?
Wouldn't want to mine at a pool that has problems with payments...

How long ago was it? Their payments can take hours to hit the network, and then some hours after that to get a confirmation.

Tired of annoying signature ads? Ad block for signatures

It was over 40 hours ago already, so I don't think it's about the confirmation.

They wouldn't treat unregistered users worse than registered ones, now would they...?

I also emailed their support (24+ hours ago), got no reply yet.

How long ago was it? Their payments can take hours to hit the network, and then some hours after that to get a confirmation.

i'm also waiting for my last payout, its been a few days already, my confirmed rewards already back upto 0.004 and this is the first time they've reset without a payment showing up within hrs

Now the missing payment has been added back to confirmed_rewards (and decucted from payouts).
So at least it's "accounted for" again, hope they will fix their issues shortly.
I have received like 30 payments from them previously, no problem.

I did a payout at 50BTC about 10 hours ago and everything was fine and super fast.
The amount was 0.1BTC.

Why did you ask here?

Well, he's question was if someone had experienced the same issue as him. I wouldn't consider support as first choice for a question like that.

50btc replied in the official thread with:

"This issue is known and we are fixing it right now. Anyway, your payment will be either done or you receive them back.
To ensure that your payment will be successfully done, please send your pool's account e-mail and transaction ID in PM."

I have now received my latest payment as expected. So I reckon the issue has been resolved.
